Rick began his career with Thurston Springer (TS) in 2008. He graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a degree in Finance, minoring in Business Foundations from Kelley School of Business in 2003. Following his college graduation, he entered the residential custom construction industry. In 2008, Rick transitioned to the financial industry where he began employment with TS. Over the years, he has held many roles within the firm and currently works with a select group of clients and is the Chief Executive Officer of Thurston Springer.
