Originally from St. Louis Missouri, Renny is an Eagle Scout; he graduated from Wabash College in 2008, and he lives in Brownsburg Indiana with his wife Katy and their three children. Financial planning is the Esser family business, and Renny follows in his distinguished father’s footsteps.
Renny holds the Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses and licenses for annuity, Life and Health Insurance solutions.
When asked to describe what he finds most fulfilling about helping clients achieve their financial goals, Renny put it this way:
“The first meeting with every prospective client is exciting to me! As an advisor, I get to understand their walks of life and what challenges were overcome to get to where they are today. More often than not, it is from these life experiences that determine how we perceive wealth and its purpose throughout our lives. I really enjoy building on what my clients already understand, putting myself in their shoes and holistically advising with prioritized goals. It’s incredibly fulfilling to empower hard-working, diligent savers with the knowledge of proper financial planning.”
Renny’s ability to bring together industry experience, personal care of client needs and access to all levels of investment solutions is what today’s clients expect from wealth managers. Thurston Springer is proud to have him on our team of dedicated advisors who share his commitment to client service.
